The property is on a well-maintained, paved road and offers upper and lower parking areas for multiple vehicles. This allows convenient access in any weather, though 4WD is always recommended for navigating Sugar Mountain. Despite its tranquil, secluded setting, the cabin is close to local amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and activities, all within a mile. Located in the Village of Sugar Mountain, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a wide range of seasonal activities such as skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, snowshoeing, ice skating, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and hiking all just minutes away.
