"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. "The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "

Local beaches a bit limited but easy drive to more attractive options. Plenty of things to see and do in the area, far more than we could do in one week"
