What a great space! Out far enough that you feel like you're in the forest but close to restaurants and Portland activities. The house was great. Super comfy bed and comfortable living room. I would definitely go again!

Welcoming, Private, Very Clean,
The property is very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and on a truly charming piece of property. The owners were quick to respond and resolve a problem that we had. The wifi was a bit slow and we were unable to get cell service for phone calls unless we walked out onto the main road (only a couple of minutes away). We were able to work around the wifi and cell service and the rest of the property more than made up for it. We visited Portland (we went to the Saturday Market) and Wilsonville to visit family. We also went to Cannon Beach and then checked out Astoria. I wish we had gone south of Cannon Beach to see some of the other amazing and quieter beaches. Hopefully a future traveler will do so.

Perfect for our needs
We were looking for a nice, quiet spot to relax - but was still close to activities. This spot turned out to be perfect for us. We were 30 mi from Portland area, 45 miles from the coast, and surrounded by beautiful scenery and many wineries. The apartment was well appointed and the grounds were beautiful. The hosts were very pleasant - happy to engage and help when needed, but respectful of our need for quiet and rest as well. We hope to return some day.

Idyllic property, well appointed in great location
I like a place a little off the beaten path. This apartment in the woods is wonderful. Bright, sunny, comfortable, with attentive and gracious owners. The grounds were like a park within themselves. Just minutes from Stubb Stewart Park for great hiking. An easy launch point to the wineries in the region. This is a tremendous value for the experience.

A charming, woodsy getaway!
A lovely little apartment tucked away in the hills and woods. Just a few minutes from Banks, convenient to many of the vineyards, and easy to get to the coast. The hosts keep the apartment spotless. You'll enjoy it!

What a wonderful way to spend a few days!

A restful retreat with a forest view
First the owners are great and friendly, the apartment spotless, with a beautiful deck to have lunch or dinner. It is away from the road, so it is very quiet. We had a welcome bottle of wine and a special treat was fresh eggs from the local chickens.

Very Comfortable And Well Maintained!
Best place to get away from the city and be inside the forest whilst you have all you need in the cottage! Corey and Jen were very friendly and welcoming for me and my family. We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The only 2 things that we were least happy about is not having a washing machine and a clothes dryer, so, no laundry. The other thing is the signal (using T-Mobile). There was no signal at all in our stay. Well, it wasn't that big of a problem since there is a good Internet in the house! Corey and Jen left us some fresh eggs from their farm, and it was delicious! The place has a totally private entrance. Which is convenient. The balcony was spacious and really nice. We enjoyed drinking our coffee/tea in the morning sitting outside surrounded by the big trees and the cool fresh air breeze that you can feel all the time!

What a peaceful and beautiful space
We stayed in this Apartment as a last minute plan and what a pleasant surprise. The outside surroundings are so quiet and serene. The spacious deck is the perfect place to read a book and listen to the birds while having a glass of wine. The apartment is darling inside and there is plenty of space and lots of attention to detail. We felt right at home. There is so much to do in the area that we are sad we didn't have more time to take advantage but we will definitely be back. The bottle of wine and farm fresh eggs that were left by the owners was the perfect finishing touch. They we lovely people and available if we needed anything or had any questions. Can't wait to visit again if for no other reason than to get out of the city and have some R&R.
