"Very nice place for exploring Portland and great place for wonderful walks."

"I stayed for three weeks in Becky's studio. It was very clean and in a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Becky is an excellent host and was extremely responsive when I contacted her which was only twice and for minor issues. As a senior, my only issue was finding a parking space and therefore never ventured out if I had to return after dark. I would definitely stay here again but probably would not bring my car."

"Smal, clean, accommodations. The bed was comfortable and I loved the deep bath tub. The seating in the living space was uncomfortable and the apartment was cold. The space heaters helped but took awhile to get the apartment to a comfortable temperature.The apartment was in the center of Ridgefield and very close to Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge. We love the restaurants and wineries in the area, but many of our favorites where closed on Monday and on New Years Eve and New Years day."

"Only issue was a strong bathroom odor for the first day. It was resolved in all but memory but that was enough to put my wife on edge. "

"This place is tucked away in the trees making it a delightful little getaway while still being close to all the bustle Portland has to offer. The host really took the time to stock the apartment with all the things you might need with additional thoughtful touches to make it feel cozy. The sauna js a real big perk as well!! "

"Everything was simply wonderful. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, and smells so nice. If I could make a suggestion, I would say that as a 6ft tall person, the bed was a bit on the smaller side (Because of the frame), so if there's a bed without the frame it would be even better. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!"

"My wife and I wanted a quiet get away for our 15 year anniversary, so we decided on Portland and we picked the perfect place to stay. The Eco House was in a great neighborhood of Hawthorne, close to many great local bars and restaurants. We felt safe and Scott was a great host with great communication.
