Family house / 5 bedrooms / large garden / close to Donnant beach

Large house in the center of the island, near the beach of Donnant and Vazen, the village of Kervilawen and Bangor, with grocery store, cafe, ... We rent our house after a complete renovation. The 2000 m2 garden is very pleasant with its terrace, garden furniture and stone barbecue. We also provide our guests with 2 adult bikes.
The brand new kitchen and living space are spacious and bright thanks to large picture windows that overlook the garden. With its bedroom on the ground floor and its adjoining bathroom and its 4 bedrooms on the first floor, one with an adjoining bathroom, it is ideal for holidays with family and friends. A bedroom with bunk beds and the possibility of adding 2 beds for children allows the little ones to be accommodated in a pleasant space with books and games for children.

Formidable !

Maison parfaitement équipée (y compris épicerie de base et matériel de cuisine). Situation parfaite à proximité de Donnant et de Port-Coton. Très calme, avec un jardin bien agréable. La maison est très jolie, tout est fait pour profiter d'un maximum de confort et de détente !

Nous avons passé une semaine avec toute notre famille. La maison est parfaitement agencée et nous a permis à tous ( parents, enfants et petits enfants) de profiter du jardin et des belles balades à faire sur l’île.

Parfait !

Emplacement central et calme sur Belle-Ile, parfait pour rayonner. Maison spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Bonne literie. Nombreux jeux de société et livres pour enfants. Les 3 salles de bain sont appréciables quand on est nombreux. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire comme avec Mme Colombel qui est sur place. Super séjour mais trop court! Je recommande !!

Très chouette maison dans un très bel endroit!

Super séjour malgré les petites grippes de saison qu'on a dû affronter ;-)... La maison est très confortable et accueillante. La cuisine ouverte et les baies vitrées la rendent d'autant plus appréciables. Plage de Donnant à 2km, idéal à vélo et même à pied. Profitez-en!

Maison, avec bien assez de place pour 4 couples, salles de bains, douches et toilettes suffisants en nombre et en qualité. Maison trés bien équipée , spacieuse , bien située sur l"ile et au calme. Grand jardin trés nature et espaces de stationnements trés pratiques. Tous ces éléments accompagnés du beau temps ont contribué à un séjour des plus agréables pour notre groupe d'amis
