Our second stay. We really like Siam Mandarina and will continue to stay here when possible. Great for being airport centric. Breakfast buffet is decent, and opens early. Dinner menu varied and flavorful.

I stay often at this hotel because it is close to the Bangkok airport and usually has good service. However, this time I traveled with my brother and picked a room with two twin beds. Both beds were very squeaky and disruptive to our sleep the night before our trip back home. Also one specific bellman at this hotel carried our luggage and was very careless caused my brothers suitcase wheel to break after we checked in. The difficulty with hotel and restaurant staff communicating in English is also a big problem at this hotel.

Reasonably priced and near the airport. We had to wait 30minutes for the shuttle to the hotel, which was hard because by the time we got checked in and to bed it was 1:00 am and we checked out before 6 am. The shuttle back to the airport was a little early which was nice. We didn't have time to experience any amenities. Check in was easy.

The staff were very good......... I ordered two different bottles of wines for dinner, but they didn't have either one. They forgot to add hot peppers to my pizza then found out they were all out of them in the kitchen. But i would be willing to comeback again as i try to understand the world is not perfect.

Everything to the staff at the front desk,housekeeping ,the bellman were very helpful with luggages. I would recommend family and friends and i intend to stay again when i visit Bangkok in the future. The only thing was the air was too cold couldn't turn it down.

nice pool (though small), lunch and dinner food was very like a 'fast food' menu although breakfast was very well presented. shuttle from airport - was initially advised to wait for 4 minutes then this changed and I waited over an hour!
