Wonderful central location in central Bangkok and easy access to Nana BTS. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Several lifts to the rooms and none were excessively busy

Hotel reception staff all super helpful and kind from the manager to the bell boy heart felt kind will help your what ever your needs are. The only down side is the hotel needs a major revamp bed bugs and dirty smell rooms and carpets I almost threw up cannot explain the smell , they have to do a deep clean up , work on it management please thanks super hotel in the heart of soi 11
