The prince palace hotel is an awesome hotel it’s huge and provides all the amenities one can ask for. However the hotel is a bit outdated but this doesn’t matter as everything is kept well and maintained. The staff do an excellent job at providing great service. The property is located a bit far from everything. For the price and value you can’t beat or find a better offer.

Roaches were in both rooms I purchase. Left immediately after seeing them which didn’t take long. Roach eggs were also found all over the floor. Disgusting. Had us walk to the farthest building possible with my three under three plus luggage just to find out we needed to get out. Unsafe for my children and me. Would not recommend!!!

Given it is an old and large establishment, the hotel is not super sleek or modern. Vintage decor and antique furniture. The staff is nice but should have given proper directions to the first-timers as they have 4 towers with entwined corridors. Superb breakfast buffet. Lacked modern equipment like irons and blow dryers.

the building and facilities are old, but the staffs are excellent. We had lights control issues initially with room’s master controller but the front desk manager changed our room and the issue was resolved. Hotel location and breakfast were very good.

First time trying to stay out of the city and was afraid that transportation will be a concern but 2 min away from the hotel is the river taxi which bring us right to Centralworld in less than 10 min. Supper convenience. Hotel bed was confortable. Aircon was cold . Room service make up room daily. 2 big 7 Eleven store at level 1 make our shopping easy. Beside that. Morning Market with street food and cheap clothing make shopping easy.

I saw it and it said 5 star hotel when I booked it. During my trip it was downgraded to a 4 star, but that didn't matter. Hotel was a nice place to stay. Had everything I needed. Would recommend it if you dont mind it's a little far from public transportation.
