We have to pay extra for no service. We booked a family room but provided with two rooms instead with extra charge. No cleaning of rooms for all the three days. No proper water, no fridge, no cupboard,no toiletries. Room lock was not proper.

Very deceaving
I would never recommend this place. It is really dirty and runned down . The picture they have up on the website for the room must be the one when it was brand new,forty years ago. I had people try to get in my room at 1 am my second night and I barricaded the door every night after. There are signs that say keep the room clean but the walls are dirty, the bed was broken in the middle, there were hole in the ceiling, and it’s poorly lit.

À terrible hôtel i have ever seen. In first minute I saw a cockroach, we couldn’t stay one minute in the room.

Horrible, Worst hotel in Pratunam
Horrible experience, Worst people ever, They don't know the meaning of customer service nor they know how to speak with customers, Very bad attitude of staff, Rooms stink badly, it seems they haven't been cleaned since ages, Better to not sleep only then stay in this hotel.

Я не привередлив, но ненавижу грязь. На полу в свежеубранном номере грязь и волосы. В шкафу чье-то грязное забытое белье. Хорошо, что только одна ночь перед самолетом. Хозяева - индусы. Не советую

Verste hotellet jeg noen gang har besøkt
Minus ➖ : Møkkete bad Hard seng Liten dyne/pledd, bare et pledd Ikke dørhåndtak til toalett Ikke lås på toalett. Ikke varmtvann i dusjen. Ødelagt slange til dusjen slik at man måtte holde slagen med en hånd for engang å få dusjet. Ingen TV. Ikke kjøleskap. Meget vanskelig å finne hotellet. Måtte ringe personalet for å komme å møte oss pc nærmeste 7-eleven. Lite hyggelig nabolag, trangt og skittent. Bare ett håndkledet. Lite rom. Trange ganger inne på hotellet. Lite hyggelig indisk/arabisk personale. Pluss ➕ : God a/c. Gode shoppingmuligheter med kort vei til små gatemarkeder (ikke de store), og de store kjøpesentrene. Anbefaler på ingen måte dette hotellet. Ca 1000 andre hoteller i samme område. Ville prøvd en av de istedet.

The description is 2-3 star hotel as it does not live up to. It is more room rental and not a hotel. Do yourself a favor stay away it's not even worth 1 stjærne
