Convenient for early morning flights. No outlets close to bed for electronics, restaurants are expensive and food fair. Rooms are old. For the price it gets a poor grade.

Pool was lovely and relaxing. Disappointing experience with breakfast which, for us, fell in between the breakfast and lunch buffet. This meant the staff was bustling around prepping for the lunch buffet and were inattentive with us, forgetting requested menu items and us in general.

Perfect location next to the airport. It’s only 5 minutes walk from the airport or the hotel provided free shuttle transfer to the airport every 15 mins .

A great number of Travelers require Bedside plugs for needed technology. Something Novatel has not caught on to. Very inconvenient not to have in todays environment. All plugs on the other side of the room.

Very close to the airport. Great shuttle service. We stayed only one night. Easy check in and check out service. We arrived in the evening and the only place to eat was a hotel restaurant. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. We waited very long time to be served and the food was just disappointing.

Amazing lobby and great food. Spa was fantastic. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because of poor hot water pressure in the bathroom sink. I would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful airport hotel with a tunnel connecting the hotel to Bangkok airport. The train into Bangkok can be caught in the tunnel. I went to the Silom area from the hotel on the train and it was very easy. The swimming pool area is very beautiful
