Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel

離河邊很近, 走路到塔佩門大約5分鐘, 附近超多按摩店, 餐廳. 房間很乾淨, 只有浴室的水有點小(但還可接受),值得推薦的旅館.

Hej, Vi bokade detta hotel för att det låg ihop med flygplatsen. Tyvärr var det så dålig info som var lättillgängligt om att hotellet låg på incheckat område. Tack vare detta kunde vi inte använde denna bokning utan fick checka in på Novotel som låg kanon. Detta kostade oss 949 sek. Använder gärna eran tjänst p.g.a enkelheten. Tyvärr blir det dyrt i längden om man inte får sådan viktig info på ett enkelt sätt.

部屋は清潔感がありますが、バスルームが古い。ハンドソープやカミソリがあると良いです。それから時間指定のプランを選ぶと、空室に関係なくその時間でしか滞在できません。（時間が来るまで一応食事場所で待たせてはもらえましたが）指定されている時間帯に少ししか滞在できないのであれば倍額の普通のプランにすることが鉄則と言えます。 シャワーを浴びたいとか、着替えたいとか仮眠せずに一時的に利用するならば料金を支払って系列のラウンジを予約することをオススメします。 また、横に長い巨大な空港のGエリアの端の最上階の裏口？のようなところにあるため乗り継ぎカウンターはWest-1から入らないと近くはなく、Eastから入るとそれはもう何キロ？と聞きたくなるほど歩かされます（航空会社によってはEastのみの場合もあり）。また、搭乗ゲートがモニターに出るのは約１時間半後なので、ゲートのエリアによっては徒歩20分かかることもありますのでご注意下さい。

シャワーのお湯がぬるくて水の勢いが無い。冷房が効き過ぎて調整が効かない。朝食のエスプレッソは出涸らしでマズくて飲めない。第一到着後にこのホテルに行き着くまでが正にミラクル。ワザと人目につかぬ様に隠してあるのかと思う位、到着ゲートからホテルまでの行き順が分り難い。正にホテルの名の由来はそこから来たのかと思った。

旅行初日から嫌な気持ち。
滞在時間が21:00~03:00までと決められており、こちらが到着した04:30にはもう使用できないと言われた。結局04:30~07:30は追加料金なしで使用できたが、たったの３時間しか滞在できなかった。 対応するときのフロントの対応も非常に悪く、腹立たしかった。 あくまでも乗り継ぎのために５時間程度滞在するつもりでなければお勧めできない。また、使用する時間帯も綿密にホテル側に伝えておかないと問題が起きる。

便利なので利用しましたが、洗面の水、シャワー室、綺麗にしているんですが、あまり使いたいとはいえませんね元々なんでしょうけど。でも、トランジットに時間が空いている時にはとても役立ちます。あとは、壁が薄かったり、床がヘコヘコなのに、この価格（高過ぎ）はちょっと困りものですね。スタッフはとても親切です。

不好，訂了明明寫一晚，24小時check in，已刷卡付錢， 最後還要花3000元說我訂的是上午9點 這根本是騙人，不知是Hotels.com還是旅館問題 最好別訂，跟現場付錢是一樣的

Dalig erfarenhet
Ingenstans star det i beskrivningen av hotellet att det INTE finns anslutning till terminalen från ankomst/avgangs hallen. Dalig skyltning nar man anländer. Forst EFTER det att jag hamtat bagaget och skulle ga till hotellet, sa upplystes jag vid Informationen att man inte kan komma till hotellet nar man val passerat tullen och hamtat sin vaska. Jag kom aldrig till hotellet och fick omboka min avresa till senare samma dag, samt boka och betala hotell en ANDRA gang for samma natt, pa nasta destination. Kastade bort USD150 for ingenting - urdaligt!
