The apartment is located in the Rama 9-Ratchada area and has a size of 68-77 square meters, accommodating up to 5 people. It consists of one master bedroom with a 1.8-meter bed, one guest bedroom with a 1.5-meter bed, and a living room with a 90cm bed. There is one bathroom in the apartment.

The rooms are equipped with a complete set of amenities, including a television, air conditioning, washing machine, a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, cookware, glassware, and dishes. It also provides private high-speed WiFi, a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Guests have access to a swimming pool and a fitness center.

Downstairs in the apartment building, there is a shopping mall with over 30 restaurants, including Japanese, American, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Hong Kong-style restaurants, as well as a Boots pharmacy and cafes. Additionally, there is a Top Market supermarket.

It's a 5-minute walk to the Joodfair new night market and a 5-minute walk to Central Plaza Grand Rama 9 Shopping Mall. Within a 5-minute walk, you can also reach the Rama 9 MRT station, which is only one station away from Petchaburi station/Airport Link Rail to the airport.

By taking the MRT for 2 stations, you can reach Asoke MRT station/Sukhumvit BTS transit station, and there is also the Terminal 21 shopping mall nearby. A one-stop MRT ride will take you to Big C supermarket.
