Staff were amazing. They were able to accommodate as at much earlier time then the check in (we traveled almost 30 hours and arrived at the hotel around 8am and they gave us room). We were also check out 2 hours later than usual time. Very accommodating, super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of food to pick from. Great pool with shade cabanas and chairs. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Good hotel, my room was not that great, was leaking water from the roof, they fixed it but started to leak again. My wife had a good poison from the in room dining, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel location is good and close walk to major kids activities. Staff is great!

My 2 day stay was really disappointing the first thing we saw was how bad the service was and the lack of English speaking staff we had a hard time understanding what some of the staff said another big deal for us was how cold the pool was it was colder than the danish ocean. My third stay at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Great locations as it is within walking distance to BTS, shopping malls, massage parlour, eateries etc. Realise they had a slight change in their breakfast buffet menu which was a good thing. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is amazing!!! It’s so nice, modern, clean, friendly staff, and the on-site restaurants are incredible!!! When I come back to Bangkok, I’m staying here again and forever will.
