EVERTHING IS GOOD. HOWEVER, SUNSHINE IS NEVER REACHING POOL AREA. EVEN TEMPERATURE IS OVER 30 DEGREES, WATER IS STILL VERY VERY COLD THAT CANNOT SWIM. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOW, POOLS ARE NO USE. HOTEL MAY ADD ARTIFICAL SUNLIGHT OR USING WARM WATER IN ORDER TO FULLY UTILIZE THE POOLS.

Everything was really good with one exception. After i checked out i realised i left something important in a drawer in the room. It took 4 calls to front desk with them saying house keeping insisting nothing was left behind. Only when i suggested i come to hotel and show them the drawer did they magically find it. Otherwise hotel was fine

3 night stay Bangkok
Hotel had some renovations going on but it didn't affect our stay. Problem when first checking in as receptionist made a mistake with only checking in 2 rooms for 3 people when we had booked 3 rooms. It was sorted quickly. We were at the end of our 3 week holiday in Thailand and we found comfort and relaxation at this hotel. For those that can you can walk to Silom or to Centralworld easily. Behind the hotel is an area with some pricey but nice restaurants.

We were excited to visit this hotel, although we found the pool area to be very slippery with mould, and it to take multiple requests for a daily room clean room service having the 2000 baht holding deposit refunded. Id describe the hotel as a 3 star, with a helpful 5 star concierge.

Walking distance around 10mins to Erawan shrine/ Central world that area. Few mins walk to BTS. Nice , spacious with balcony . It’s cozy place to stay. All Staff there are all very friendly and welcoming. Their cafe with 1 named Witt , helpful and friendly with good service . But there’s no hot water for shower and to save the hassle , we did not request to change the room. Lobby was not cooling enough, especially when we were back from outside ,we will feel as if we are going to melt . Especially when we reach our level 4 , it’s HOT , really Hot. Pillow is way too soft , neck aches when we woke up. Bed nice , comfy. It will be nice to have sachets for coffee too rather than only capsules . Food choices are kind of limited. Breakfast are limited too, can skip . Would suggest to have your food at other place. Nevertheless it’s a good place to stay . Recommended if you don’t mind the above mentioned.

Very convenient to the metro train system, just a couple minute walk. One of Bangkok's largest shopping malls is also easily walkable. Staff was great and rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed.
