The staff is a bit friendly. It was very awesome to build good relationships with fellow travelers but the staff/owner, i don't know, she is quite good sometimes but most of the times, It seems that everything in the hotel has to be done by yourself. Even at check out, they would ask you to bring the blankets and the pillow downstairs. They even told me about the rate that it was different from the one I got it in Expedia but I insist that its a promotional offer so the rate should be fixed unless there are incidentals.
The toilet, bath room, its not clean. The shower and videte are broken. There's a cute dog Mumu but when I was eating downstairs, the dog seems to get mad and I asked the front desk to remove the dog but they did not. She even hit the dug with a piece of paper and it made the dog mad. The front desk ask me to move outside instead. Then I was like, oh, so I'm the guest, and I'm the one making adjustments for their dogs. I'm an animal lover and definitely a dog lover but it was a really terrible experience.
