Very convenient if you want to get to choas9 massage. Literally 2 mins walk to the left. 360 Thai or foot massage and 540 for oil. Visit everytime when we go to Thailand. A lot quieter than central point but feel a bit like 3-4 stars hotel. No aircon in the afternoon reception area. Acceptable breakfast.

The hotel staff from every department starting from management , front desk , restaurant and bell staff are friendly and provide excellent service . The food choices oh the buffet are tasty . They even has a special gift for us in the suite .They were even very accommodating to us in giving late check out as we have a very late flight in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family and couples. Kudos to Cape House team !!

Would avoid this hotel. Staff quite unhelpful except for doorman who was lovely. Very dated rooms. Found lots of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast not 5*, very average. Location good right near BTS Chit Lom. So easy to get to all the malls in the area. Only positive was the shower was powerful and good. Much better hotels to stay in Bangkok. I won’t be returning.

Our favourite place to stay in Bangkok
This was our third stay at Cape House. We really enjoy the location, the service and the beautiful rooms. We thought that the breakfast probably wasn't as good this time as it used to be, but there were a lot of options for western/asian breakfast and the fresh omelettes are always good.

We loved the staff amazing . We called down at 1:30 am could not use our dryer. They sent up help right away :) it ended up not drying they came up again. In the morning it did not work . The house keeping came up at 7:30 and was done by 8:30 am . They were so sweet we loved it ! Great Thai place 2 blocks to the left .

First class hotel in a great location.
I was in Bangkok for 8 days. Having somewhere to stay with a full sized fridge freezer, a washing machine and excellent AC was brilliant. Reception staff were helpful and efficient and daily housekeeping first class. Breakfast range and quality enormous. Special shout out to the egg station chef. Picked up some useful tips watching him!. Highly recommended!

Hotel was just okay. The room was tired looking. The bed was very hard with a few lumpy springs. Having a washing machine in the room was a plus. The breakfast was the best part. Lots of fresh selections.

We stayed for three nights on arrival on our first trip to Thailand. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room, though a little tired, was spacious and clean. Nice pool (open until 10 pm so you can swim after dinner, which was nice). Beds are hard, but that's common in Thailand, we've since learned. Excellent breakfast. Easy to get to BTS for traveling around the city. We would definitely stay again.
