Rooms not soundproofed, but otherwise great!
Improvement needed: rooms need sound proofing! You can hear doors opening and shutting. We stayed during coronavirus outbreak, so there was only one or two people on our floor, but we could hear the doors. I can't imagine what the noise would be like if this hotel were at full capacity. Apart from that, everything else was great: very comfortable beds and pillows, really clean, great ambiance, friendly staff.

Quiet hotel that is decorated with a French twist. Stay was okay. The pool wasn't as clean as we thought so we didn't go for a dip. Otherwise, a quiet stay.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful, has a homely charm and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very well distributed. I can only highlight something negative and its location is quite far from the center and tourist attractions, you have to ask for a taxi because the subway is also very far away.

Best option in the Hua Mak area, I stay here prior to entering Central Bangkok. The area has everything and not far from BKK. The only issue is the Lukewarm water, it should be easy to make sure all rooms have extremely hot water, especially Jacuzzi suites, if hot water is fixed I will have longer stays

Stuff is a bit old and under maintenance. The water pressure is not high enough and the water temperature is not so high. The environment of the hotel is good, the staffs are good. However the location is a bit far from the closest BTS station (hua mak).

The location was snuggled in an offbeat industrial zone. So, if you have a car it's great. If you want to walk around its kind of lonely, but taxis and scooters are easily available at low cost. Very friendly staff who spoke good English.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were superb, pool was very pretty & outdoor decking nice. Rooms are big. Beds are huge. Very happy stay. Only downside is the location which was a bit awkward.

The hotel itself is nicely decorated, and the food was excellent! We came in for lunch around 3PM and the restaurant was closed. They did not hesitate to cater to us regardless. The only complaint I have is the location. Currently, there is construction going on close to the hotel on the main street and it makes it hard for taxis to pick you up in a timely fashion. This is not the hotel's fault but be aware of time when you do want to go somewhere. We almost missed our flight back home because of it!

great jacuzzi suite and very nice hotel ... i can give 5 stars for all but ... but location it's a pain ...it took 2h to get to hotel from near airportlink station ... really over 2h for about 2Km drive...and when i check out it took 40 min for the grab car to get to the hotel . they build new bts line and all traffic it's stuck near hotel ... I don't exagerate 2h for 2 km , if i didn't had so much luggage i could go by foot , but even so you can't cross the other side where hotel is located . If you care about your time ... just stay out of that zone ... i know traffic in Bangkok it's a pain but this is not the case
