Cafe 24 hours a day plays LOUD INAPPROPRIATE MUSIC which is why the Restaurant is almost always empty. The Restaurant menu is fabulous. But the loud Music is a Deal Breaker. The BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET in the WORLD. I LOVED the Breakfast Buffet so much. And the skyline view from the 8th floor is Perfect. "
