"Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice beach and pool. Lounge and pool chairs were uncomfortable and no shade umbrellas. Restaurant was very expensive and breakfast buffet disappointing. A two minute walk on the beach or the road you will find a very good local restaurant."

"The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "

"This is a lovely boutique hotel adorned with antique toy memorabilia. The restaurant offers a fantastic setting on the canal that’s full of wildlife. The property itself is surrounded by coconut farms. It’s a short drive to several floating markets, the train market and temples. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. "I really wanted to enjoy the entirety of my stay - I loved the staff, they provided great service with smiles, I enjoyed talking with the maids and front desk attendants, breakfast was delicious, I had privacy, the area was walkable for food options, and the apartment was mostly comfortable (the bars play music until at least 11:30pm every night, which was fine for me, but not for everyone). I honestly would probably stay here again only if I was more comfortable. I booked for 15 nights and...

"Cheap but not that great. Bed hard and up on a platform you had to crawl up to. Bathroom wet and not very nice. Did not eat as the hotel orders food to be delivered from another resort. Service was so bad that if we had wanted to eat we couldn’t have as everyone disappeared. Tiny pool. Staff swimming in it fully clothed. Over priced for what you get. Photo do not show true conditions esp out side. "

"We booked the three bed room villa, the experience is very disappointed. The GYM is closed at 7:00PM. The roof of the house is very low, looks like 2.1meters high. The bed is too hard.Two bedroom in the upstairs, share with small bathroom. The master bathroom has no shower, only a bathtub. The service is good, we booked five nights, but we check out early. We can not stay there anymore. The outside environment is not good. Nothing around. "

"This property is in a fine location right across the road from the beach at Cha-Am, which has a great view over the Gulf of Thailand and of the sunrise. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a sizeable bathroom. This is another great example of the Furama chain of hotels. "

"This place was amazing between the pools and beach. It wasn’t very busy there when we stayed in Feb not sure what time might be the busy season for them. Also very few people in this area speak any English so brush up on your Thai or have your translation app at the ready. "

Totally fabulous with excellent hosts

"Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel directly on the Klong (canal) Wonderful and friendly hosts looked after us at every stage ensuring our stay was better than we could possibly expect. We caught a long tail boat from the hotel to the floating market and a lovely noodle seller stopped her boat and cooked us noodles for lunch. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with TV and free wifi. Bathroom was clean and we had everything we needed Departing early we skipped breakfast however the fabulous host came out with a packed breakfast for our journey. We shall visit again. "
