I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future, will definitely skip this hotel and opt for newer and better ones.

Nice furnished room, clean and comfortable. One note is the placement of washtable outside the bath room, maybe just not used to. The are minimart inside the hotel with reasonable price. Near to Braga, just walking out. The table in the restaurant is quite crowded and tight, need more space though.

When I booked at hotels.com somewhere it said that free breakfast for 3. However in reality I hv to pay for my son’s. Should better coordination with hotels.com. The pillow is too hard. Why don’t give a softer one.

The service was impeccable. Kudos to Mr Dandan the manager and his team for rectifying the hiccup for the free breakfast for the 3rd occupant in the room which was due to hotels.com. The buffet spread is amazingly huge and good. Love that there’s also a 24h mart for our convenience. Would love to come back again.

The bathroom has old sanitary need to replace with new ones. Basement car park has very narrow exit access, it is dangerous for mpv car. I had bad experience where my car scratched when I drove my car through narrow exit access from basement 2 to ground level. I had reported to duty manager on 18 june evening that he promised to be followed up by hotel management but noone contact me after that.

Our stay in Executive Condotel was enjoyable. The room was beyond expectation with microwave, medium sized refrigerator, electric stove to cook. The room is very clean, bathtub and shower has a glass see through window from bedroom. Eventhough we only stayed for 1 night but we had a chance to use its swimming pool. The hotel even has its own alfa minimart and century drugstore in addition to some boutiques. I also recognize that May Star, a renowned Chinese restaurant which happen to be one of my fav restaurants has its branch here. The breakfast was average, they could improve the food taste and quality as well as variety to select.
