When we arrived water heater wasnt working properly, contacted Rick, the owner, he worked tirelessly to make sure it got fixed same day...the day before Thanksgiving!!! "Really appreciated all of the windows, especially those facing the ocean. Kitchen was stocked with all of our needed utensils. The gas fireplace in the living room added a nice rustic feeling. The interior spaces were nicely decorated. The only disappointment was that the beach access up the road at Sunset Motel was closed making it difficult to reach my favorite rock formations. "

"The location of this property is superb…walking distance from all the stacks on the Bandon beach. Low tide beach and ocean floor walking is beyond thrilling. Exceptional location. The unit itself could use some TLC. Sparse furniture and many walls without pictures. A lot could be done to improve this unit so I would only give it a “it gets you by” grade. But as they say with real estate, location location location…and this place certainly has that!"

"This is a 3-bedroom house on the beach in Bandon, OR, and it has amazing views looking over the ocean and the nearby Face Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the time on the beach during low tide wandering between the large rocks examining sea creatures and exploring the little caves exposed during low tide. Awe-inspiring and relaxing place to visit !"

"View was perfect! Hard to get down to the beach though for my husband with limited mobility. Well maintained but appliances are outdated. Burners are so crooked that my pancakes came out lopsided. One of the reasons I booked this property was to listen to the waves at night. However, the refridgerator was so loud I couldn't hear them. It also vibrated the floor. Felt like the old magic fingers beds. T-Fal pans are also scarred."

"The property was clean and easy to find, right off Highway 101. I was allowed to check in a little bit early as I had arrived earlier and abandoned than I had expected. There was coffee in the room and some treats in a basket on the table. The owners left a very nice note welcoming me and thanking me for my stay. I would highly recommend."

"Everything was awesome. I needed 4 separate bedrooms but this place actually only has 3 plays a little sun room with a futon bed in it which I don’t consider a bedroom. So that was a little misleading. The outdoor lighting was terrible. The one light that was out on the entrance porch was out so it was pitch black in the evenings. Had to have a friend hold up a phone light just to enter the code. Other than that, everything was awesome! The trail going down to the beach can be cleaned up...

"We had a fantastic stay! When we arrived the code we had been sent to access the house did not work. A quick text and a new code was sent right away and we got right in. House was warm and inviting when we arrived! There were 6 of us and I was a little worried about enough seating for all of us, but I was delighted to find 2 chairs that were not pictured had been added to the living room so there was plenty of seating for all of us! We all had very comfortable beds and bedding, master bed...

"Rooms were clean and upkeep has been maintained. Location was right off Hwy for easy access to old town and main streets. The bed was advertised as a Queen but it clearly wasn't.. We have a queen at home and this bed was quite a bit smaller (full/double) seemed like a queen headboard with a full/double mattress."
