You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautiful suite attached to private home with private parking, beach nearby.

Private suite in a home built in 2022, complete with a comfy queen bed, flat screen TV, WIFI, mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dual burner cooktop with a griddle, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a table and chairs that can be used for dining or as a desk space. The spacious attached bathroom has a folding bench in a large shower.

The room has a Queen size bed. A cot can be added for an additional guest. We are walking distance to the beach and only a 5 minute drive from Old Towne Bandon and it’s unique shops and harbor. Private parking is attached to the wheelchair friendly private entrance by a walkway. There are no shared spaces. Dog friendly, no smoking. The city does not allow me to rent for less than 30 days. If you are trying and it won’t work, that’s why.

Missed emails that went to spam which caused some confusion
I wish i had known to check my spam for additional emails after i had already received email confirmation that the booking went thru. It would have caused less confusion. I would not have booked the place if i had known about the parking issue while traveling with my handicapped mother. They probably should have blocked out that weekend since they were hosting a five family yard sale in the drive way. But overall the place was cute and comfortable.

Immaculate Studio 3 minutes walk to beach
Absolutely immaculate & brand new single room with mini fridge and microwave as well as large bathroom. Located just minutes from several stunning beaches. Doc & Sandy were generous and gracious, extended many personal favors to us during our 3 month stay. Sandy kindly included use of a fold up bed for our son. Since there were 3 of us, and we stayed 3 months, a larger garbage might have worked better, maybe. Two adults and an 8 year old for that long were really pushing the space right to it's limits. But without a doubt, this was the nicest, cleanest, newest, friendliest place in Bandon Oregon. Had a large closet and a med sized dresser, and most of the basics you would need for a month long stay. She rated us low on cleanliness despite me welcoming specifics on how to handle sand and other things, so increased clarity about housekeeping expectations would have been helpful as far as ratings go. The price is extremely competitive, so book now, and book for your entire trip, or someone else will book it before you get a chance. It's literally cheaper than camping on the beach.
