Beach Level House down on the Bandon jetty!

Grandma's house is located down on the jetty (beach level) so beach access is easy for young children and elderly alike. Grandma will lend you her house, beautifully furnished and equipped for special getaways or small family gatherings. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics and then some; from spices to wine glasses, cookie sheets to stoneware dishes, coffee/coffee maker (not Keurig), tea and sugar.

The upstairs kitchen, dining, living entertainment area has a partial ocean view and a new very smart TV with basic cable. WIFI internet included. This room is where everyone hangs out together! Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze!

Grandma's house has 5 bedrooms total. There are 4 queen bedrooms; two upstairs, two downstairs along with a downstairs bunk room; two bunk beds and two single beds in bunk room. No parties, only people that are booked as guests. 12 guests maximum.
SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED. Grandma's house has two bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo with grab bars, the downstairs bathroom has a small walk-in shower. Downstairs bathroom has two counters and large mirrors, downstairs there is no bath tub.

Front door entrance is located downstairs. Downstairs, two queen bedrooms with private doors. Bunk room is not private. Garage has been made into a hang area... foos ball and futon. Open the garage and sit in big chairs and watch the ducks walk by! The barbeque is located in the garage. Please when using, take barbeque out on the driveway.

Walk upstairs (15 steps, hand rails on both sides of stairway) to the main area; the kitchen, living and dining rooms and a balcony. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located upstairs.

Grandma's house has outdoor parking for 4 vehicles only. If you bring a trailer or boat that is considered as one parking spot. If there are more vehicles, park at the public jetty. Public jetty there is no overnight parking, only during the daytime. Hopefully, only four vehicles coming. Thank you for respecting the 4 vehicle parking situation. Do not park in front of our neighbors properties.

Golfers: Grandma's house is a 10 min. drive to the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course.
Our favorite golf course, Bandon Crossings Golf Course is just southside of town. Carts are available there. Dear golfers: please do not drag golf clubs up the stairway unless you can carry. Best to leave clubs down in the garage.

Lots of fun things to do besides the breathtaking beaches, beautiful views, eating , shopping, fishing/ crabbing, and golfing on world famous courses....there’s horseback riding on the beach, agate hunting on the beach, Wild Animal Game Park., the historical Coquille light house, all for your special time in Bandon!

Enjoy beautiful views of ocean waves, amazing rock formations a short walk to ocean!

It’s a short two minute drive from grandma’s house drive to Bandon's Old Town , wonderful restaurants, fresh crab and fish, shopping, artist galleries, candy shop, fish dock... Bandon is a perfect place to relax, hang with family and friends, take pictures, beach walk , sight-see , eat great food! There is a weekly weekend Farmer’s market and yearly festivals like the Cranberry Festival and Gorse Blossom Festival!
