"Communication on how to check in was awful. I received an email "here are your keys" but nothing about how to get in. Got there and there was a lock box but we never got a code. Side door was open (lock is broken) so we got in but could see people were living there... very scary. Contacted vrbo and found out that our rental was actually around the side of the garage (not in sight). So we were in somebody else's house. "Bandon is an absolute gem of the Oregon coast, and Heather’s cabin is amazing!! She was helpful, responsive and attentive. The property is spacious and beautiful, and the home is cozy and very well provisioned. The wood burning stove made it home for us. We’ll definitely be back. "

"The house was excellent for what we needed. Close to the beach, market and trails. I wish there was a TV upstairs. The only TV is downstairs and there is limited seating. Also. This house DOES NOT have an interior staircase you have to use the elevator. Having only the elevator as an option did make going upstairs and downstairs more inconvenient (in my opinion) but a great option for elderly or disabled folks. I would recommend this house. "

"The property was clean and easy to find, right off Highway 101. I was allowed to check in a little bit early as I had arrived earlier and abandoned than I had expected. There was coffee in the room and some treats in a basket on the table. The owners left a very nice note welcoming me and thanking me for my stay. I would highly recommend."
