"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. "Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."

"Condition of apartment was livable though a bit dated eg. broken cabinet door. Cleanliness wasn’t the best as there were stains in kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the agent could be improved. I was not given the check in details until close to checkin time. Agent did not bother to reply to my enquiries via Expedia’s ‘Contact Hotel’. I was traveling when the complicated check in details were sent to me via WhatsApp. Finding WiFi to view checkin videos when traveling was a challenge....
