Despite check in hours ending at 10 PM, when I messaged asking what I should do if my 9 PM flight was delayed, the staff generously said that they would wait for me. Even after checking out of the hotel, they offered any help/ support I needed. Will definitely be staying here again if I am back in Chiang Mai! "
