"My check in was lacking. None of my questions were answered. The laundry facilities that were listed on amenities didn’t exist so I spent my first night lugging my clothes 30min to the laundromat. The room was fine. A little pricy for being on par with most budget places I’ve stayed on my travels. There was a fridge but no kettle. It’s a bit far from restaurants in the pm. But there are a couple great local non tourist filled spots for lunch. Not close to much but quiet. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast is very tasty and substantial, and the rooftop pool and executive lounge are certainly pull factors! The rooms are also very lovely and clean. "

"Very traditional, beautifully preserved wooden building, with all the charm you need. Shared living room upstairs with the open view on the river, couple of tables and comfortable seats. Downstairs patio going straight onto the river, where you can have morning drink, observing boats going around. Shared bathrooms weren't a problem, as there is not too many rooms. Boat away from the city centre and short walk to the train station."

"Good location with nice outdoor areas. Not really sure how this is a resort & spa as there were no communal facilities for use. "

"There were 4 of us traveling. We booked two rooms. I had to changed the very first room they booked for us because it stank like sewage and mildew. The wooden wall over the bed was peeling off and only one light worked in the room. In the bathroom, the window by the toilet had green and black mold covering it as well as the side wall of the shower. The faucet for the sink wasn't even attached to the sink... The room they changed my daughter and I to was better, it didn't stink as much but there...

"Nice little hotel located not far from main central temple complexes. Night market for food only a couple of blocks away. River for the boat trips is about 15 minutes walk away. Room was clean and comfortable with kettle,safe and TV(not many English channels). Limited dining and evening entertainment around the area."

"What can I say when I spent so little. The place could do with an update and frankly North American standards are different . The room was spacious, bright, quiet and private. The real stars are the fantastic fresh fruit trays, unlimited coffee on the deck served by pleasant, helpful staff. For 200 baht I had my weeks worth of laundry washed, dried and ironed. If you’re on a budget, you can’t go wrong here."
