Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Ban Luam

"This hotel is NOT in the centre, although that is what the listing says. It's about 5km away in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurants are several blocks away down a dark street. The name of the hotel has been changed. Staff couldn't find my reservation, so I ended up sitting on the sidewalk outside the hotel for about 45 minutes while it was sorted out. I was exhausted.
