"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "

"Overall, our stay was great. The manager was on site daily and was actually there when we checked in to assist. The beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows. The showers have good water pressure and get warm/ hot quickly. The challenges of this facility are that the wi-fi doesn't work and that our parking spot was stolen by other guests on two occasions and there was no way to remedy this situation. "

"This hotel was mainly location location location. 5 minute walk to the city legendary spot. Room was clean but very small. Stayed one night, wouldnt reccomend more than 2."

"Wonderful location, great room, and excellent, friendly staff. Restaurant Eckert attached also very good. Would stay here again anytime. Best place I've stayed in Germany in my 30 years of travel there. sad when I had to leave."
