"Caicos Cottage on Whitby Beach is a beautiful place! Literally just steps from the sand, every window on the back of the cottage has a breathtaking view. The property owner was very prompt and courteous with questions. Mac, the local manager, was waiting at Bellefield Landing when we arrived, and efficiently showed us everything we needed to know about the property. The freshwater pool was absolutely fantastic! There were a few times when the surf was too rough to swim (due to 2 hurricanes), and the pool was invaluable during those times. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, with amazing morning beach views. Breakfasts on the covered patio are something we won’t forget! Parts of the cottage are definitely showing their age. Some walls are cracking with plaster peeling. Master bath towel bar kept falling off the wall. Things like that. Nothing major - just little things. What was more of a concern was the separate and additional charge for air conditioning. It was very hot and stagnant during our stay, so much so that even the local residents were commenting on it. Heat indexes were 100-105 every day with no evening breezes, and very little throughout the day. We had to use the AC quite a bit just to maintain some level of comfort. Still have not received the extra bill for that. Concerned about how much that is going to be. Would we return? Absolutely! And we hope to as soon as we can. When you visit, bring a lot of no-see-um repellent!! They were bad!"

"This is a perfect place to stay on a beautiful island. Post booking communications with the owners was such a breeze, and accommodating. You can tell the owners care about your wishes and making your stay memorable. Arrangements by the owners were made to pick us up at the ferry and Mac is an absolutely amazing person so helpful and cared about our needs, even took us to the grocery before showing us around the house. The house was clean, well kept and had every utensil, dish, pot, container, glass we could ask for. Newly remodeled kitchen is amazing. Super cold AC! Great views of the ocean, step off the porch right into the sand and the beach every day. Highly recommend this house and the wonderful people on the island to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing, laid back vacation!"

"Our stay at the beach cottage was simply magical! Despite a minor hiccup with the cottage not being cleaned when we first arrived, the on-island contact was fantastic—within 30 minutes, the charming and thorough cleaning lady had everything spotless. The cottage was cozy, with stunning views and a virtually private beach just a minute's walk away. The pool was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is the type of vacation where you read, relax by the pool or at the beach, or explore other nearby beaches and the local Indian Caves. There aren’t any tourist attractions or activities, which is exactly what we wanted and needed to relax and recharge. A quick note: while small stores are on the island, food options are limited and pricey, so we recommend bringing some provisions from Providenciales. Our three kids had an absolute blast, and we didn’t want to leave!"

"The Absolute Best Property ever. The staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed my stay sew much. The rooms were immaculate and the food. Oh my the food was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1million/10 thanks. I also had an issue w my flight they communicated and set up taxi rides and everything. When I say perfect. They are Perfect especially Kendra and Kadra and Deshawn."
