His homemade pastry was delicious. Jena was excellent with breakfast services and always made sure we had everything required to have a wonderful stay."

"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"Situated in remote hamlet in the hills this agritourismo is in a wonderful setting and has a good reasonably priced restaurant and serves an adequate breakfast. We loved the place. Our only concern is that it is fairly remote and as we only needed a stopover on our way south maybe some of you may not find it convenient..that said..we will stay there again!!"

"An Amazing stay at this remote , secluded place. The Pool is so private you feel you are one with Nature. What best was the services we received from Alan and Jessica ! We were attending a wedding at a next town and there were no Taxi available. Alan and Jessica were so kind to give us lifts back and forth. If you like Nature, and if you want to experience real Tuscany go and spend few days at this place. Also don't forget to try Alan's backing, it was amazing. "

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. "Andrea has such a beautiful oasis that he has tended to with much love and care. The house is so special and spacious. It has everything you need. The view is unbeatable and allows for you to completely unplug. We were there for two weeks and were so warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and loads of good information to fill our week. We even had a dental emergency and Andrea helped us get an immediate appointment with a great dentist. Anything we needed we got. The sauna was the cherry on...

"Grand Hotel San Marino is just outside the main wall of the city what make is possible to be able to park but you are still a few steps from the main entrance. Beautiful view from the room and restaurant associated with the hotel is one of the best ones in town."

"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

Lovely property in beautiful location

"We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"
