The window hvac unit should be better insulated. The area at the bottom of the unit was drafty and the top of the unit was cold to the touch. Substantial operational savings could result.

I liked the price, the room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Disliked: No airport shuttle and staff unfriendly and her attitude when I called from the airport wanting the shuttle to pick me up.
