The property was clean and very well kept. We especially enjoyed the enclosed backyard patio.
This property was great! Cute as a button older style TH with many updates but still preserved its older charm. The steps are not for the elderly, disabled or faint of heart but thats just part of its character. Would definitely stay here again!

Location
I was under the impression this sleeps 6 but it only has 2 Queen beds (my bad) but the six was an air mattress - I also understood we would be in a comfortable neighborhood .. not so much its a hood -- we kept looking over our shoulder and not walking anywhere
The house was the perfect size for 2 adults and our dog and super cute. Also, very clean and smelled great. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. The Neighborhood was a 10 min uber ride to the National Aquarium. The yard was perfect for our dog to run around in and sun bath. Mattress was very comfortable.
As soon as I stepped in the home , I knew it was perfect. To all the fixtures and features to the home, to the cleanliness and layout, this home was perfect and definitely will come back in the summer! Only thing that I didn’t like was parking, during the day it was great but if you left and came home late you had to park blocks away and walk.(not the renters fault though) Carl was great! Thank you
This property was a clean renovated older townhouse. Parking is on the street but we didn't have any problem finding parking. The stairs are very narrow and steep as appropriate for a house of this time period, but would be difficult for most seniors. The area is an inner city area that is being upgraded, but I would not be comfortable as a 66 year old woman to walk in the neighborhood. It is good value for the area. Much better than staying in a hotel, plus you are contributing to an individual instead of a corporation if that is important to you.
Pros: the house was clean and comfortable and the property manager was responsive. We were able to park on the street, but there are restrictions during games.
Cons: really really bad neighborhood. There were pimps and strawberries a street over and alot of “activity” in the streets at night. Wouldn’t recommend for single women, families with kids, or elderly based on neighborhood alone. My husband slept downstairs by the door to be safe. Also house needed more blankets and hand towels. Stairs were narrow and steep, ok for me but i did slip and fall from about the 4th stair, something to consider if elderly, larger, or disabled.
I suspect that there’s mold somewhere (walls, under carpet - not sure). When we arrived, there was an overwhelming musty/mildewy odor upstairs (ran the ceiling fans, opened windows and used Febreeze to alleviate). Over the course of several days, myself and another guest (both of which were healthy upon arrival but deal with asthma/mold allergies) developed respiratory issues (severe congestion, wheezing, itchy eyes, thick mucus, etc.) that would worsen while in the unit (at night) and get better after being outside (2/3 of the day).
It’s an old house, and I get that this is to be expected to an extent. The others without sensitivities were completely fine, but I do not recommend this Vrbo to anyone with similar health concerns as myself.
Outside of this, and only having four towels for five people, things were alright.
I didn’t like Carl’s first response. They used caps and explanation points in the check in email. However, they immediately responded with the code for the AC. The stairs need a warning. My 12 year old Maltese fell down the stairs in the middle of the night. Some stair lights may help. The pots and pans didn’t match. There were ONLY 3 forks!!! Should have told me to bring K-pods; that’s not a coffee maker. Bought my coffee and filters but COULD NOT USE THEM! The Master bedroom bed leans on the right side. I felt like I was falling out of the bed. The ceiling fan seemed like it was about to fall out of the ceiling on us!!!! I threw away some old potatoes that were in the cabinet by the refrigerator (potatoes rot, attract bugs). Besides that, everything was GREAT 😀
On the whole the condo was great. Great locstion, so close to so much. Clean, nicely laid out. Some of the furniture could be replaced to make the sitting actually more sit-able, the microwave lowered so people under 6 ft could use it comfotably. Little repairs needed around the house. All not so bad though, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for everything!
