"Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again. "

"This hotel was recommended to us by friends, I’m sorry to say that we had a different experience. The reception staff did not seem to understand well, one receptionist was (?texting) on her phone before the guest had left the desk. The older dining room staff were very friendly but the younger ones were barely civil. The pool staff were also unfriendly. For most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The housekeeping...

"Ideally situated for old town square. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. We were staying at the rear of the hotel, but i imagine it could be noisy at the front, with traffic on the cobbled road. Only things missing is a seating area with possibly the option of coffees etc. Also the showers were a bit slippery. Would definitely consider another visit."
