"The pool and hot tub area alone make this place worth the stay. Some house is nice and updated on the inside with plenty of room. Owner was nice and communicated well. My only complaint and the only reason I took off one star is the shower had someone else’s hair on the wall which means it wasn’t cleaned between stays or just missed during the cleaning. I would stay at this place again if I was in the area."

The owners even went the extra mile to leave us with extra amenities such as butter, jam, and coffee. "We had a fantastic 5 day visit at the lakeside. It’s literally 8 minutes from Foxwoods and less than 15 from the Mystic area. The location was perfect. The pictures and description of the cottage was exactly as described. We brought our pup with us in. This was a wonderful environment for her to be in. There was ample space for her to run around in and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and we were able to take her for her daily walks. There was everything we needed in the cottage.
