The location is in a quiet and secluded area, on the shore of the lake. In the yard often stop wild birds like cocostarks, storks, swans, wild rates, cormorants, pheasants, etc.
It is a holiday home with living, kitchen and dining plus 3 bedrooms with direct exit to the pool.
Outside (garden with rich vegetation stretched over 1800 sqm) there is a modern gazebo and 8x4m infinity pool (view to the lake), plus many other relaxation places.
Just 24 KM from the center of Bucharest and 10 minutes away from the airport.
