Hotel padrão de Balneário Camboriú, mal projetado, feito sem projeto arquitetônico, quarto sem espaço p circulação, janelas sem vedação adequada, sem isolamento acústico. A água do chuveiro esquenta e esfria constantemente proporcionando um banho bastante desagradável. Café da manhã bem ruim. Garagem para poucos carros.
