"Very clean and tidy, comfortable rooms. EnSuite a little small, adequate. There is a shared bathroom. Breakfast is self serve buffet, cereals, fruit and toast. VERY Biker friendly. Parking behind the bungalow - Ireland has high bike theft issues - so very welcome. Host Daryl was a fantastic helpful guy. I have stayed twice now and will stay again. Recommended to the 2 wheeled motorcycle community. Jez "

Greenway, Waterford and Dungarvan close by..but this is a special place to retreat from all the action and allow the senses to breathe in the wonders of the Forest/ Garden"
