"Great hotel and great breakfast. Only complaint was the extremely poor bar service. I watched several people come to the bar to get a drink but then leave again as no one served them. We had one drink before the concert and then went on because of this. Money walking out the door!"

"We stayed at the X Square for 3 nights. Check in was smooth and the staff really helpful. We had a king size room with a city view. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plentiful. The hotel is opposite the City Hall, which is a beautiful building, and right in the centre of Belfast, so everything is walking distance. The only negative we had was that there was a lot of noise from below our room, as it was above the hotel...
