"We are requesting a refund for the reservation we made at Glenduff Manor house because the actual accommodations were not at all like what was described and shown in photos on Travelocity. The photos showed a stately home with lovely private rooms for the guests. It stated that a delicious breakfast would be served daily. It also described a pub for the guests on site. "This was the BEST property in Ireland. I have stayed everywhere in the country and hands down trumps Doonbeg is the ONLY SAFE RESORT full of traditional IRISHNESS! I highly recommend this incredible resort to EVERYONE who comes to Ireland. If you’re looking for 12 star treatment, IRELAND, beauty, fun and safety this is the place to stay. The service is unmatched and the warm happy feeling you feel there is amazing. It’s so pleasant. The rest of Ireland is TRASH because of the government and destroyed tourism making everything into IPAS centers for migrant men driving down safety and running out Irish businesses. But not in Doonbeg, this property will have you feeling like you’re in IRELAND THE WAY ITS MEANT TO BE. "

"This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The decor is so pleasing, fresh, and unique. It made us feel so comfortable and at home. The staff were all friendly and helpful any time of day. The breakfast was in their gorgeous event room that is eye candy with its rust, greens, and gold accents. But most importantly, their breakfast buffet is over the top! They have everything you could possibly want and it’s all good. We did have dinner in the restaurant one night and thought the food was just ok for the price. Parking is available on site. Tralee is a great starting point for the Dingle peninsula or the ring of Kerry. Highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel!"
