"I have stayed at both the cottage and main house before. Minor issue with wifi this time but that was quickly rectified. The unseasonably cold weather during the first few days of our stay made the cottage very chilly until heat was turned on but that's Irish weather. Once weather returned to seasonal norms, there was no further problem. Very comfortable for two people but would be a stretch for any more. Excellent value."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Rusheens, a lovely cottage with privacy and comfort in a most beautiful setting. Dara and Markus were warm and informative hosts, just the best. The town of Kenmare was a sweet surprise, with some great places to eat and see, among them Reenagross Park. Kenmare afforded us access to 3 peninsulas as well as Killarney National Park and many other sights. "If you are looking for a rustic experience with a coastal million dollar view this is the place for you. Would not recommend for people leary of driving on a long, winding, narrow country road or those with certain disabilities as stone steps are steep going up to property. Martin was a friendly host and you even get to feed the chickens near the property."
