You'll love our updated living and dining/kitchen spaces with high ceilings, lots of windows to let in light, and a piano stocked with music. For those chilly evenings, cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the warmth of the indoors. Our fully-equipped kitchen has all the cooking supplies and appliances you could want, boasting an espresso machine for your morning pick-me-up. For added convenience, we provide a full laundry setup downstairs and all the linens to make your stay comfortable.
Step outside to our yard, where an in-ground, fenced-in pool, fire pit, and dining patio awaits with ambient lighting, and comfortable seating. Fire up the grill for a barbecue, or unwind by the pool surrounded by toys and lounging area, perfect for soaking up the sun. Plus, our proximity to a small airport offers the occasional sight of puddle-jumper planes adding to the charm of the area.
Entertainment options abound at the house, with a pool/ping-pong table for adults, video arcade gaming system, large-screen TV, kid-sized pool/foosball table, curling/shuffleboard table top game, board games, karaoke machine, and lawn games ensuring there's never a dull moment as well as a dedicated exercise area with a Bo Flex, small stationary bike, and a yoga mat and ball.
Families with little ones will appreciate the extra amenities, including a booster seat, potty seat/stepping stool, kids' cups and bibs, and a pack-n-play for the youngest guests. We also have a spare crib mattress with fitted sheets that can be placed on the floor of any bedroom. There’s a play tent, dress up dresses, and many other kids toys to explore.
The quiet neighborhood is very walkable. There are two playgrounds and pickleball in walking distance with EV chargers in the parking area. Just a little further and you can enjoy ice cream, mini golf and snack bar.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and $100 fee. Please keep them off the couches and kindly clean up after them in the fenced-in yard.
