Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Really not happy with the site, when we got at the accommodation it had new people staying there spoke to an agent on the online chat I was told my case will be escalated and I would be refunded my money. Had to look for a new place to stay as the one I booked had new residence living there.
