"Unique to the property was skeleton key to open and lock your room. Was great walkability to the whole town including pubs for dinner, fresh produce stores and pharmacy, not to mention a couple of different off licenses. Would recommend The Blue Haven for dinner - the seafood chowder was the best I've ever had. The bed was pretty firm though so we both woke up sore. Excellent Quality Hotel

"Fantastic hotel in a great location outside of Cork. It’s a picturesque drive in and out of Cork to the hotel - about 20/25 mins in total depending on the junction you leave. This was our 2nd stay in 12 months as we travel to Cork regularly. The hotel never disappoints with friendly staff and the breakfast menu / quality of a luxury restaurant! The rooms are bright and clean with up to date colours. Our stays are always B&B as there is so many quality pubs / restaurants in nearby Bandon or Ballincollig to enjoy besides the excellent breakfast sets you up for the day. Will return again no doubt."
