"Decor in the room was very drab. Outdated and not overly maintained. The toilet, when flushed, fired water all over you unless you jumped out of the way. Wash basin was the same. Bed side was stained. Worst thing was they wanted to charge us £10 EACH, to use the mini, so called swimming pool ( about 4 metres by 3) Food was exceptional and staff were superb"

"A beautiful stay for myself and my 1 year old. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and even remembered my son’s name the next morning on check out which was really lovely! Housekeeping were all smiles and their work in the rooms is fantastic! What would be amazing is if they had a child play park outdoors because the scenery is stunning! Beautiful walks and just peaceful! Special mention to concierge Neal who went the extra mile for myself and my son with luggage, showing me around the hotel and the walks available on the map. Really took the time! Such a pleasant gentleman and a credit to the hotel! Cannot wait to come back! Thank you to all! "

"Staff here are amazing. Katie from reception was extremely helpful allowing us to check in at 11.00am instead of 3pm. Aimie from reception was very pleasant also. Brandon the manager in restaurant was very nice and helpful. Dinner was lovely and breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are very nice but pillows are hard. Short walk to town"

"Amazing cabin in a beautiful setting. Hosts were very welcoming and communication was excellent. Lots of added touches with cereal, milk, teas coffee, bagels etc all left for our use. Use of the bbq hut was fantastic and the jacuzzi with robes and crocs available was perfect. "

"The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best. "
