Oceanic 3 is luxury three-bedroom apartment, with spectacular ocean views that overlook Shelly Beach in East Ballina. The property is equipped with modern appliances and has quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The beautifully designed open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area extends out to a large balcony, and is perfect for summer dining or relaxing in the cool ocean breeze.
This property offers two queen beds, two single beds and two single trundle beds. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms for additional comfort on those warm nights.
Just a stroll down the road, you'll hit Shelly Beach, the perfect spot for a dip in the ocean. You will also find some lovely cafes close by, as well as the chic Italian restaurant Capiche, set right on Lighthouse Beach.

Great space for a family holiday. Amazing views, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Central to all places. Good base for travelling north, south or even into the hinterland to waterfalls. Heads up there are stairs and no air-conditioning.

Very cosy even for 8 people. The Wi-Fi was great for working from home. Kitchen very practical and well equipped.

Amazing views

This is a very spacious apartment, with beautiful views to be enjoyed from the balcony. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness but have advised the property managers. In saying that we found the apartment very comfortable for our group of 8.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Amazing views and comfortable accommodations. The only downside was no WIFI, which I am sure will be remedied soon.

Wow!

Oceanic is a beautiful accommodation for holidays or work. Great views of the ocean, nearly floor to ceiling windows with privacy. Highly recommend.
