Spectacular Views
The sunset views from this property are absolutely fabulous. The kitchen is wonderful with everything you need and all rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the feel of the outdoors while inside and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The BBQ is awesome as well. Whit is a great host, thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

Amazing house and view!!!
Casa Thai was an amazing experience! A stunning house with a stunning view. The owner was extremely helpful and available. Everything worked perfectly (which is rare in Costa Rica) and it was all in new condition. I would highly recommend this Home to anyone with discerning tastes!

We had a lovely family vacation and this home was perfect for our group of 9. Lots of room to spread out. After days of hiking and sightseeing, it was perfect to come back to the open air pool and hot tub; especially in rainy season, the covered area was enjoyable. Whitney was easy to reach with any needs. We had a hired Chef and he had plenty of work area to prepare the meals. Thank you Whitney for sharing the home! If we were to come to Uvita again, we'd repeat our stay.

Perfectly Amazing!!!
The size and layout were perfect for our groups. The pool, the hot tub, the view were exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing vacation. The villa is decorated in a way that makes you feel as if you are staying in a friends home and not a rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking your own meals. We hired a chef recommended by our host, Vladimir Chinchilla, for breakfast & dinner for 4 of our 8 days. His cost was incredibly reasonable and his dishes were amazing. For us this worked so well and we HIGHLY recommend him. The days we did not have the chef, Ana & Nancy our lovely cleaning staff made breakfast for us also for a very reasonable cost. Our host Whit was helpful ever time we had a question & really anticipated his guests needs. Whit had driver contacts and info about the area that made our first time in Costa Rica easy & enjoyable. We all found it very hard to leave!

We had a marvelous time here. The location is great: Pacific views and the sound of the forest which starts right behind the house. Pristine playa hermosa is just minutes away by car. There are several surprisingly good restaurants nearby, just ask Whit. The house itself is well designed. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is in spotless condition. The master bed is comfy; the outdoor shower is a nice feature. We also liked the soundsystem that connects easily to any smartphone. Whit has good suggestions on things to do in the area. But it is also great to relax on the deck with a book or to just watch the birds.

Perfect holiday
My husband and I and our four adult daughters enjoyed our stay tremendously. We generally relaxed every morning around the pool and made our way to different beaches in the area. As we have done the excursions before, we knew the best part of Costa Rica was the relaxing and discovering. We also took two excellent yoga classes at the neighbouring Vista Ballena at their Hart Yoga building which has a jaw-dropping view. The home is beautiful with many places to sit and watch the sunset. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental. There were some things that were “tired” and could use a little updating (the bed linen, the curtains, loud a/c) but that certainly didn’t take away from our lovely holiday. Whit was extremely helpful and dealt with any problems immediately. I would return to this rental home and would recommend it to friends. Thanks CR for another perfect holiday.

Property is absolutely amazing.
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Thai. Place is fabulous stocked with all the must haves. Whit was very accommodating meeting us the night of the arrival to do a walk through and ask any questions. Very helpful on sites to visit. The pool was fantastic as well. Only concern was the driveway to the house. Our first trip up to the house was around 9:30 pm, although the map Whit provided was great, the driveway was a bit concerning. Once we accomplished it the rest of the stay it wasn't as bad as the first night in the dark. Luis is on the property 24 hours a day for security. We had absolutely no issues and were never concerned for our safety. Overall it was a great vacation. We traveled with our kids who are 20 and 24 and they both rated our trip at 8/10. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with a great view this is the home for you.

Went for my birthday with my family the house surpassed what expected! House and views were amazing pictures don’t do the house justice. Whit was the most gracious and attentive host he made sure we got in safely and recommended all places to go to. Definitely a first class experience. Just make sure you have a 4 wheel drive SUV rental let them know that you have a steep rod to take and you need a strong vehicle. We rented what we thought was 4 wheel drive and we didn’t make it up the hill to the house. We had to park it at the bottom of hill and called Enterprise in San Jose at airport they brought us a new truck the next day and delivered to us which was amazing. Thank goodness Whit was there to bring us up the hill in his truck with our bags. Highly recommend this property!!!

Amazing home with breathtaking views
The listed pictures of this home are great but doesn't give complete justice. This house is spectacular! Our group of 6 couples were completely comfortable. All beds are comfortable, all bedrooms are equipped with ac, beautiful bathrooms, everything you could ask for. This home has multiple common areas which is perfect for the ones who wanted to relax when the others were having a pool party. Property manager, Whitney, is excellent. He gave us great tips as to where to go, when, what to do,etc... He also was quick to respond with any questions or would arrange to have something straightened out quickly..such as the internet/bluetooth connection to the surround sound(our operation error). Perfect for setting the mood of the whole house. To note, we've been coming to this area of CR for over a decade and hands down this has been our most favorite trip mainly due to this home and service. We'll certainly be back! For those of you on a tighter budget, consider adjusting your fund allocation to this property. Comfort & amenities really do make a much better CR experience.

Highly Recommend – We loved it!
Wonderful to walk into a rental, and it’s exactly as it appears on the pictures and described in the listing. It was great to find that the positive reviews were accurate. Except for the one about the beach being 3 minutes away (unless you are a bird) and that one from 2018 that said the kitchen was well stocked. I can say that since the 2018 review, the kitchen is no longer well stocked. I’m somewhat of a gourmet cook and had plans to cook a birthday dinner for my wife and friends, and I didn’t have enough pots or pans. Robert, one of the hosts, saved the day by dropping off some personal cookware. Whitney and Robert are two of the best hosts I have ever experienced. Whitney created a detailed binder with restaurant suggestions and other things to do in and around Uvita. If we had questions that might not already be in the highly detailed binder, Robert was always a call or text away and was very responsive. One thing is for sure, believe Whitney and Robert when they say – you MUST have a 4x4 wheel drive to get up the driveway to the house. They are not exaggerating. The quality construction of the house absorbed interior sounds, and large bedrooms with six adults seemed like were living in separate luxe units. Most of our time was spent in the outdoor area, enjoying the view and the magnificent nature surrounding us. We had a blast with a 5-hour ATV tour with Jungle ATV tours right in Uvita. The suggested Mangrove tour was great as well, and we found a wonderful tour guide for the Manuel Antonio Nature Park, Andre’ with Iguana Tours. Some of the tickets for activities must be purchased online, so check before you head out. There are many things we didn’t have time to do, but we’ll cover all that on our next visit! We will be back!

Stunning stay for a ladies trip!
There is not one detail that has been overlooked. This house was more than equipped for our group of 9 ladies to have a great time in Uvita! Whit was very responsive and had excellent communication. We utilized Simone, the house concierge and also Chef Vlad to prepare amazing meals for each evening. When Mother Nature didn't go along with our plans, we still had a fabulous time hanging around the villa with our group playing games, soaking in the hot tub or just lounging & socializing. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!

Una Fantástica casa
My family and I (a group of 11 people, including adults and children aged between 15 and 2 years) spent 4 fantastic days at this house in Uvita. The house is very well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. There are fantastic views of the bay and beautiful sunsets. Whitney gave us excellent recommendations and is a very kind and attentive host. Access by car is essential. Mi familia y yo (grupo de 11 personas, adultos y niños entre 15 y 2 años) )hemos pasado 4 fantásticos días en esta casa en Uvita. La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Vistas fantásticas a la bahía y bonitas puestas de sol.Whitney nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones y es un anfitrión muy amable y atento.Indispensable acceder en coche.

Fabulous!
This property is top notch! If you’re looking for a great location, great view and quality accommodation, this is it. Whitney is an excellent host. Was extremely responsive and helpful for months in advance of our trip and throughout our stay. He gave great tips and suggestions for excursions and recommended the most wonderful Chef (Vladimir). He cooked many meals for us (breakfasts and dinners for us, but he will cook 3 meals a day if requested), including our fresh catch from a wildly successful fishing excursion. It was 5 star meals every time. Uvita is a wonderful little town and easily accessible to fishing, snorkeling, rainforest excursions, beaches, waterfalls and much more. The property is perfect for large family or group of friends. Plenty of room for gathering together and alone time if needed. The outdoor pool/bar/hot tub/sunken seating area has a fantastic view and is the most wonderful place to wake up to hear the howler monkeys and birds, drink coffee, lounge your day away and/or wind down with a glass of wine, music and glorious sunsets. The house is fully stocked and well appointed. A great grocery store is very close by for anything you may need. Thank you, Whitney, for your wonderful accommodations and all of your help! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
