The Space:
Centrally located on Raglan Street, Ballarat Central this Victorian style home will capture your attention with its high ceilings, bay windows and hardwood floors.

The house features four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

While maintaining its Victorian charm, this house also boasts modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with a butler's pantry. The kitchen comes with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay (oven, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle) plus a pod coffee machine and air fryer. A variety of coffee pods, teas, milk and sugar are provided to get you started.

Guests can find themselves at home in the spacious living room with flat screen TV perfect for movie nights. The dining space also offers enough seating for up to 6-guests.

One of the highlights of this property is the solar-heated lap pool, offering a place to escape to on warm days. Plus, situated just outside the lap pool is a beautiful outdoor area with landscaped gardens, outdoor furniture and BBQ.

This beautiful Victorian home is conveniently located in the heart of Ballarat, putting you within easy reach of the city's top attractions. This includes Ballarat Hospital, Lake Wendouree and Ballarat CBD.

Other Things to Note:
Please note:

- The pool is solar heated only so is not warm year-round. You are welcome to use it at anytime. The pool is cleaned regularly however there may be small amounts of leaves/dust that appear from time to time.

- The TV in the master bedroom has streaming content only.

- The middle blind in the the master bedroom is unable to be raised. Please leave it down at all times

- When adjusting the blinds, pull the draw string to the side, away from the edge of the blind. Gently raise and lower the blind as required. Please reach out if you require assistance.
