Brand new bespoke townhouse. 3 q bed, ensuite, bathrm + powder room. Spacious kitchen with large upstairs living that opens to al fresco balcony. Beautifully appointed, architectural designed + finished to perfection.

In tree-lined quiet Gregory Street, there is a laneway walk to Ballarat's famous Lake Wendouree, which has cafes, water sports, and a 6km sealed bike and walking path.

On north side of lake, you are away from the noise but close to the action. We welcome you!

The space
Master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom and main bathroom are located downstairs. 3rd bedroom, which can be converted to a rumpus room upon request, is upstairs next to functional powder room. The living and dining areas are also located upstairs leading out onto balcony facing Lake Wendouree.
Pricing is based on 2 guests per room and additional fee after 4 guests.

Owner lives on site and likes to orientate all guests upon arrival.

Very welcoming
Upon arrival there was fresh bread and fruit. Lovely touch unexpected. The unit was beautiful, very clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need. The heating system was awesome, kept the unit at a very cosy temperature. Host Mary is very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Ballarat
