Lake Wendouree, popular cafes, restaurants, & boutique supermarket a short stroll away. It's a 2 minute drive to the hospital and not much further to the CBD, plus local tourist attractions are easily accessible.

Small well behaved (non shedding) dogs welcome on request, subject to house rules.

3 can sleep comfortably (double in main & single in 2nd). 2 air mattresses available on request.

The open living space is welcoming and the kitchen is well equipped

The central bathroom includes the toilet and laundry.

Double remote carport accessible from ROW.

Guests are welcome to use the gas BBQ, but we ask that it be cleaned by the guest after use. We'd rather not include cleaning the BBQ in the cleaning fee as otherwise it is unfair on guests that don't use it.
Also, please don't forget to turn off the gas at the bottle.
